BODEGAS CORUÑA DEL CONDE

En Coruña del Conde, un pueblecito de la provincia de Burgos, se encuentra la bodega de Alberto López Calvo, un burgalés que emigró a Francia en la década de los 50 y donde vivió cuatro décadas de su vida entregadas al mundo de la tonelería francesa. En la actualidad, la bodega sigue conservando la filosofía que Alberto, fallecido en 2012, instaló en ella. Del legado cuida ahora con el mismo amor su nieto Julien, que se encarga de las 4 hectáreas de viñedo con los que cuenta la bodega. Allí se encuentran 1.200 cepas de variedades diferentes, con un protagonismo evidente de la uva Tempranillo. La recién aparecida línea de vinos naturales que elabora allí sigue siendo fiel al estilo bordelés, con cierta complejidad y un toque de extracción, pero también con las vibraciones y este punto de rusticidad que supone una vinifación más espontanea.
