Fase Visual:	Rojo rubí con reflejos de granate brillante.
Fase Olfativa:	En nariz muestra notas de cereza negra en mermelada, cerezas y bayas de enebro, luego notas más oscuras de hierbas medicinales, clavo y regaliz, todos unidos por sensaciones frescas de naranja.
Fase Gustativa:	La degustación es cálida, suave y estructurada. Muestra una frescura vigorizante y una textura tánica aterciopelada que acompaña una larga persistencia de la socavencia.

Conterno Nervi Gattinara

Fundada en 1.906 Nervi es la bodega más antigua de Gattinara. Una olvidada región delAlto Piemonte a los pies de los Alpes con un terroir excepcional.

Altitud, clima frío y suelosde origen volcánico rico en minerales, granito y arcilla roja se unen creando las condicionesideales para el cultivo del Nebbiolo.

Ni tan firme como en las colinas del Langa, nitan grácil como en la Valtellina pero siempre elegante, austeroy longevo.

28.5 hectáreasen propiedad en los dos Grand Cru de la zona, Molsino y Valferana, y otros Crus históricosde interés como Casacce o Garavoglie.

Desde 2018 en las prodigiosas manos de Roberto Conterno, convencido en hacer del Nebbiolo de Gatttinara un vino de clase mundial.
