Fase Visual:	Tonos amarillos-verdosos brillantes. La espuma formada en copa es densa y persistente dando idea de su componenda estructural en boca. Observado el interior de la copa descubrimos un rosario de burbuja microscópica ascendiendo libremente a la superficie.
Fase Olfativa:	En nariz domina el carácter de fruta ácida y flores. En un segundo nivel encontramos caracteres fermentativos y los propios de la transformación en botella (miel, vainilla, licor).
Fase Gustativa:	En boca es meloso pero fresco a la vez gracias a su gran acidez. La combinación de fruta/acidez/lías finas provoca una sorprendente sensación de plenitud en la boca que invita a seguir catando.
Notas de cata:	En postgusto vuelven las frutas esta vez con mayor dominancia de especias que dejan un grato recuerdo durante unos segundos al catador.
Comentarios del Enólogo:	Su consumo es plenamente satisfactorio en este momento aunque, por las características del viñedo, este cava tiene un gran potencial de envejecimiento.

Recomendaciones:	Temperatura óptima de servicio entre 16 - 18º C

Variedad de uva:	Viura (90%) y Malvasía (10%
Añada:	2021
Crianza o envejecimiento:	Los mostos realizan una primera fermentación en depósitos de madera de 1.000 litros, seguido se provoca la segunda fermentación en botella. El vino se conserva en rima como mínimo 14 meses más.
