Fase Olfativa:	Cava fresco, aromático y vivo. Ideal para aperitivos y entrantes ligeros. Aromas primarios que provienen de la propia uva, recordando a frutas blancas como pera y manzana.
Fase Gustativa:	En el paladar tiene una entrada golosa, con un carbónico muy suave y muy unido al vino.

Recomendaciones:	Temperatura ideal: 8 -10ºC

"Desde 1989 elaboramos lo que es para nosotros el mejor vino del mundo: EL CAVA. No encontraréis en otra parte un vino espumoso con una personalidad tan marcada. Por el paisaje, por el suelo, por el clima y, sobre todo, por sus variedades autóctonas. La mezcla de estas variedades confiere una personalidad única al cava."

El Penedès está situado a cobijo de la sierra de Montserrat y relativamente cerca del mar. Su privilegiada situación lo convierte en un lugar especial para la producción de vinos base para cavas. El paisaje es un espectáculo en cualquier época del año.

Hasta hace poco tiempo Cava Bertha se encontraba en el centro de la población de San Sadurní d’Anoia, donde han trabajado, en una primera etapa, desde 1989 hasta 2014.

En esta antigua cava es donde han desarrollado su actividad con el gran inconveniente de trabajar en espacios reducidos y en el centro de la población, con todos los problemas que eso conlleva, pero ha sido aquí donde han crecido como marca; donde han pasado 25 años de su vida haciendo lo que más les gusta y donde han llevado a cabo nuevos proyectos.
