Su proyecto vitivinícola personal comienza en 2015, tras varios años de trabajo en diferentes zonas vitivinícolas españolas.

La premisa es elaborar vinos con personalidad y autenticidad basados en variedades autóctonas y una viticultura responsable en mi tierra, Galicia.

Las uvas que dan origen a los vinos son la piedra angular del proyecto. Viñas cultivadas por viticultores en algunos casos, y autogestionadas en otros, siguiendo siempre criterios de sostenibilidad y respeto al medio ambiente.
