Bodegas Mauro

Desde 1978, Bodegas Mauro se ha caracterizado por elaborar vinos tintos de calidad con vocación de envejecimiento y producciones limitadas.

Vinos equilibrados, opulentos y sensuales, que reivindican la identidad del terruño, las características de las variedades y personalidad del elaborador. Sus vinos están acogidos bajo la Indicación Geográfica Protegida Vino de la Tierra de Castilla Y león.

Dentro del panorama de los vinos españoles, Mauro elabora vinos de corte moderno pero con raices, apegados a la tradición y con señas de identidad propia que los hacen reconocibles.

Clima

Se trata de una zona de clima continental e influencia atlántica, con bruscos cambios térmicos día-noche.

Suelo

Los viñedos se ubican sobre suelos ligeros, filtrantes, fáciles de trabajar y de textura equilibrada; calizos o arcillosos-calcáreos según las parcelas.

Viñedo

En Tudela de Duero y Santibañez de Valcorba nuestras 55 hectáreas de viñedo, plantadas principalmente con Tinto Fino y Syrah.

La edad media del viñedo es de 20 a 25 años, con rendimientos entre 3.000 a 5.000 Kg por hectárea.
