Bodega Cerrón

Sus antepasados han trabajado los viñedos sin el uso de agroquímicos, siguiendo una viticultura sostenible. Técnicas antiguas que buscaban el mantenimiento de la biodiversidad en el suelo y el respeto por el entorno.

Todos los procesos tenían como fin el aprovechamiento de la energía y la materia para el mantenimiento y regeneración de los suelos que sostenían la economía familiar mediante una producción integrada.

El objetivo de Bodega Cerón es una viticultura regenerativa que permita a nuestros viñedos adaptarse al clima cambiante.

No todo estaba escrito en la Denominación de Origen Jumilla. Reordenan conceptos y formas de trabajar la viña, de entenderla y de escucharla.
