Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut

Procedente del viñedo más viejo del Grand Cru de Chouilly, suelos calcáreos donde la variedad Chardonnay expresa toda su tipicidad. De producción limitada y criado en botella durante más de 6 años.

Notas de cata:	Se caracteriza por una delicadeza floral en nariz seguida de un paladar fresco con recuerdos de pomelo y uva, con una fineza en burbuja y al mismo tiempo una redondez en boca.
Comentarios del Enólogo:	Un extraordinario y elegante champagne.
Maridaje:	Perfecto para el acompañamiento en comidas ligeras.

M. Hostomme

La familia Hostomme se asienta en Chouilly, Grand Cru de Champagne, desde los albores del siglo XVI. Pero no es hasta 1930, cuando la familia empieza a elaborar sus propias cuvées, con marca propia. Actualmente es la tercera generación de viticultores -productores la que está al frente de este Champagne.
