El proyecto nace con la intención de elaborar vinos de máxima calidad de Rioja. Vinos artesanales prestando especial atención a la tierra y las viñas para sacar lo mejor de lo que éstas pueden ofrecer en la botella. Conscientes de la conexión entre la pureza en una copa de vino y el duro trabajo en la viña.

Cuidadosa selección de barricas y depósitos de otros formatos y materiales como hormigón, inoxidable y roble para la fermentación y crianza del vino. El objetivo de Laventura Wines es preservar la fruta y la pureza de los distintos viñedos por separados ofreciendo lo mejor que cada uno de ellos puede expresar.

Viñedo

Laventura Wines realizón una búsqueda exhaustiva en toda la Denominación para conseguir los mejores y más especiales viñedos de donde obtener fruta de calidad. Los tratamientos en las viñas son mínimos y adecuados a lo largo de los diferentes estados de crecimiento, ya que cada temporada exige diferentes técnicas y prácticas para optimizar la calidad. Un proyecto sostenible en la producción, con el máximo respeto al medio ambiente.

Enólogo

Bryan Mac Robert nació en Ciudad del Cabo, pero se crió en una finca situada a 50 km al norte, en la región de Swartland, y después corriendo entre sus viñedos. Fue aquí donde aprendió a cultivar las viñas y a elaborar sus primeros vinos, al tiempo que estudiaba Viticultura y Enología en la Universidad de Stellembosch.
