Bodegas Altún

Una bodega que incorpora el respeto y gratitud por una tierra que regala grandes vinos.

Bodegas Altún es una bodega familiar de gran tradición en el sector vitivinícola de la DOCa Rioja. Una herencia transmitida de padres a hijos cuyo legado es lo más preciado. La bodega se fundo en el año 1989 cuando se cumplió el sueño de la familia con el esfuerzo del trabajo bien hecho. Mostrando un gran respeto tanto por los métodos antiguos de elaboración y su probada eficacia, como por las modernas tecnologías de vinificación. Una unión para comprender la viña, la bodega y sus vinos.

Localización

Bodegas Altún está ubicada en Baños de Ebro, en pleno corazón de la Rioja Alavesa.

Un entorno único en el que se divisa la Sierra de la Demanda y la Sierra de Cantabria al margen derecho del Rio Ebro.

La Rioja Alavesa es un territorio con gran tradición por la calidad de sus vinos,  ya que debidamente reúne las características más prosperas para la producción de grandes caldos.

Viñedo

La ubicación de los viñedos de Bodegas Altún tras la Sierra de Cantabria, hace que sus viñas estén protegidas de los vientos fríos que llegan del Norte además de permitir que las cepas aprovechen mejor el calor.

Variedades de uva

La variedad de uva más característica de la zona es el Tempranillo, con suelos arcillosos calcáreos, los cuales son excelentes para que las cepas absorban la humedad necesaria.
