Éste es el resultado de una corta maceración de Pinot Meunier y Negro lo que confiere a este vino este color rosa suave, muy agradable a la vista.

Notas de cata:	Se liberan también durante la maceración los aromas de frutas, que dan el Champagne rosado un afrutado más sostenido, vinoso y esa ligera redondez que le da su encanto.
Maridaje:	Aconsejado para una comida toda con Champagne y para postres con sabor a fruta.

La familia Hostomme se asienta en Chouilly, Grand Cru de Champagne, desde los albores del siglo XVI. Pero no es hasta 1930, cuando la familia empieza a elaborar sus propias cuvées, con marca propia. Actualmente es la tercera generación de viticultores -productores la que está al frente de este Champagne.
