Fase Visual:	Color rosa claro con un collar que forma la espuma de pequeñas, duraderas y largas burbujas.
Fase Olfativa:	Es agradable a la nariz, muy expresivo... impulsado por frutas rojas, frescura y gran finura.
Fase Gustativa:	El primer sorbo ofrece toda la frescura y contundencia. El ataque es claro y franco.
Comentarios del Enólogo:	Si una palabra por sí sola podría describir este vino, que sería la elegancia. Un delicioso vino con un estilo distintivo aromático, delicado, que muestra las exigentes normas de Thiénot en la elaboración de Champagne.

Champagne Thiénot

En una de las principales zonas de casas de Champagne, bajo la tradición de más de tres siglos dedicándose al sueño de elaborar estos vinos, Alain Thiénot busca y conoce a los viticultores y bodegueros de la zona.

Alain Thiénot había adquirido un conocimiento en profundidad en el cuidado y cultivo de sus viñedos, después de haber analizado las laderas que mejor se adaptaran para conseguir vinos que transmitieran las mejores expresiones de cada viñedo grand Cru.

En 1985, Alain Thiénot ya había desarrollado su sueño fundando su propia casa de Champagne. Se valió de sus contactos para conseguir unas uvas de excelente calidad.
