Comentarios del Enólogo:Su particularidad son sus aromas y textura, así como su delicada y cremosa efervescencia que permiten hacer su degüelle con un muy bajo añadido de azúcar.
Maridaje:Perfecto en maridajes especiales y elegantes, pescados , vieiras a la plancha, con aves en salsas especiadas, quesos de todo tipo y con postres elaborados con frutas.
