Fase Gustativa:	En boca ofrece un sabor a fruta madura (de grosella, frambuesa), con cuerpo, abundante y largo. Ligeras notas de galleta y pan recién horneado al final.
Maridaje:	Ideal como aperitivo. Excelente para acompañar mariscos.

Champagne Philipponnat

Tras varias generación de hombres y mujeres, la familia Philipponnat atesora una historia de casi 500 años. Han cultivado la tierra entre Ay y Dizy, y han sido los proveedores de la corte de Louis XIV, y de otros nobles de las distintas épocas.

El legado de la familia ha pasado de generaciones fiel a su filosofía, manteniendo intactos sus valores: individualidad, excelencia, generosidad y humildad, labrando unos pilares firmes, con el trabajo duro de su gente.

Philipponnat posee un patrimonio único, bodegas que en el s. XVIII formaban parte del Castillo de Mareuil.

Fue la primera casa de Champagne en indicar en sus contraetiquetas los coupages sin añada, las dosis y fechas de degüelle, informando así a consumidores y expertos sobre el vino base.
