Fase Visual:Rojo no excesivamente intenso, de capa media, marcado por la variedad Pinot Noir que se encuentra en mayor proporción.
Fase Olfativa:Predominan las frutas maduras y se dejan apreciar los varietales, sobre todo, el tempranillo, en menor porcentaje da esos toques propios de la fruta, ensamblados perfectamente, con el roble que lo albergó dejando una huella de tostados, balsámicos, etc.
Fase Gustativa:Resulta fácil para beber, por la expresión que deja la Pinot Noir y la golosidad de la tempranillo, en notoria armonía. El aspecto tánico está muy pulido, lo que le hace aún más agradable, invitando a continuar degustando.

Alta Pavina cuenta con un equipo de personas que interactúan, viven y piensan de forma coordinada y cooperativa, unidas con un objetivo común. Pinot Noir.

Localización

Una Tierra que imprime carácter.

Alta Pavina se encuentra en una finca situada en el término municipal de La Parrilla (Valladolid), a 1.000 metros de altitud.

Esta zona de páramos de suelo franco-calcáreos sobre la Ribera del Duero, ofrece un clima continental con precipitaciones escasas y notables contrastes de temperatura.

Unos vinos de fuerte personalidad necesitan nacer en un terreno especial, como sucede en la finca del Pago de la Pavina.

Viñedo

El fruto de un trabajo constante.

El viñedo que rodea Bodegas Alta Pavina tiene una superficie de 35 hectáreas y está constituido por dos variedades de uva: Pinot Noir y Cabernet Sauvignon.
